Initial signup involves downloading two small programs and entering information into the practice profile. Once this information is entered, it simplifies the process of sending you reports via E-mail and fax. Trained technicians are available to help walk you through the process of signing up and submitting your cases.
If you would like to sign up with us for teleradiology, please contact DVMinsight at 866-669-8090 between the hours of 8AM-5PM PST to get configured and download the necessary software. When you call please tell them that you are with VetDentalRad and you would like to get configured to send images. Prior to calling, you should be connected to the internet, preferably with a high-speed internet connection. You will want to be working on the computer that you will eventually use to submit films. It would be helpful to have some JPEG files of dental images on this same computer to test the installation. You should allot a minimum of 30 minutes to get signed up and download the required programs. After the initial signup procedure, case submission takes only a few minutes.
